My passion and love for sports started at a young age and continues to this day. I ran my first full marathon in 2021 and quickly realized I had a interest in helping runners fuel their body. ,

The road to wellbeing is a unique journey that is extremely individualized and looks different for everyone. Using evidence-based research and practices, I want to help you establish a healthy relationship with food that involves sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes.
